Rose works miracles. I had my heart set on living in a landmark high-rise in downtown San Francisco. The late 1920s building’s upper floors have epic views of the city. The lobby is ornate and grand. There are 4 apartments per floor, every apartment is corner, with windows flooding in light. Rose had helped us sell our Nob Hill Co-op very quickly. The problem was there was only one unit in our dream building for sale and it was on a lower floor without a city view. Rose flew into action. She wrote very compelling letters to all the view units on the 9th floor and above. And she got several responses for interested owners.
